Premier has suspended the production launch of its' 2010 Enforcer model snowmobiles due to an EPA fuel tank certification test failure.Premier said it plans on concentrating on resolving the issue and moving on to begin the 2011 Production in the Spring of 2010 for the Summer and Fall Delivery of the 2011 Enforcer Models."Due to an EPA fuel tank certification test failure, we have been forced to delay our production launch of the Enforcer models. We have been working diligently to find a short-term solution that would allow us to resume our production launch for this season. However, because of the timing of this issue and the short window of delivery for the 2009-2010 winter riding season, it has become apparent that no solution existed that would allow us to salvage this season," said Chris Bell, President of Premier.Premier will be revising the Enforcer lineup for the 2011 Models and will announce the updates on March 1, 2010. "We regret any inconvenience this delay has caused to our prospective customers and dealers," Bell said. "Obviously with all of the excitement the anticipated launch of the Enforcers has generated for this season, there is no one more disappointed than I am."
