    New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced a state-wide free snowmobiling weekend March 7-8 for all out-of-state and Canadian snowmobilers. The announcement came after the governor and two of his daughters participated in a snowmobile ride in Lowville.     For a second consecutive winter, Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs reports that over 30,000 km of its snowmobile trails are available for snowmobilers in February.     The Hudson-Sioux Lookout, Dryden, Red Lake Snowarama took place Saturday, January 31 in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. The event attracted 54 riders and 52 sleds.
