    Straightline Performance hires Rick Tiede

     Straightline Performance Inc. hired Rick Tiede as its' Marketing / Public Relations Manager.

    Rick will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing Straightline Performance marketing activities.

    He joins the Straightline Performance team after working for International Engineering and Manufacturing (Woody’s Traction Products), a snowmobile traction and control company located in Hope, MI. There he served as the Race Director/Apparel Coordinator responsible for the outer and casual wear as well as one of the most successful race programs in the snowmobile industry. While there Rick was also instrumental in increasing brand awareness, social media, and distributor sales.

    Rick will bring to Straightline Performance 11+ years of sales, marketing, clothing design, race technical information, and brand management. Over the span of his professional career he has been a key contributor in the success of multiple aspects of each division in which he has worked and his flexibility and ability to multi task will be key in his continued success at Straightline.

     “I am thrilled to be a part of the Straightline Performance team, this is an exciting time to be involved in snowmobile/atv/utv performance parts,” Tiede said.

    “We wish him all the best with his new endeavors and we appreciate the years of service he provided us,” said Robert Musselman, IEM President.

    IEM’s Production Manager, Mike Phillips, has accepted the additional duties of Race Director and will manage all summer and winter racer accounts. Mike has been a dedicated employee of IEM for 22 years and has significant amount of knowledge about Woody’s products and the racing community. “Mike is very passionate about providing top quality products, technical advice, and prompt service to all our customers, so there is not a doubt in my mind he will do a fantastic job with this position,” commented Mark Musselman, IEM Vice President.
