    ISOC's spring training will be held at Quadna or Planet X depending on snow conditions. Practice will be Friday, Nov. 21, 2008 and racing will be Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 22-23, 2008. All race classes that run a National Event are invited. Cost is $50 for Saturday and Sunday, or $100 for the weekend including practice on Friday.     From an article by the Associated Press  Ralph Plaisted died Monday, Sept. 8, 2008, of natural causes at his home in Wyoming, Minn., north of St. Paul, his family said.
