AmSnow's resident avalanche expert, Mike Duffy, recently emailed us to give a progress report of how the new avalanche class tour sponsored by Ski-Doo is going. Here's a few comments from Mike.

"The BRP avalanche class tour in the US has been a huge success so far with over 1000 people taking the free class! I actually had one class at High Adventure Power Sports in Salt Lake City, UT with 170+ people, Enumclaw Powersports in Enumclaw, WA had over 110 people, and Roelefson Implement had 65+ on Nov 11 in Toronto, SD. (Population 200).  These dealers all did a great job of putting on the events with food, raffles and even side by side demos in one location.  This has been a fun, informative, and exciting tour."
