If you're a guy who needs to replace his/her primary clutch and would also like to save some weight in the process and possibly get a little more performance, then you should check out what the boys at CV Tech have to offer. 

CV Tech makes OEM replacement clutches and is extremely well known in Canada, but just making headway in the states. 

This primary is over 2 pounds lighter than the stock TRA and the mass is more centralized. 

Performance guys know that anytime you can take rotating mass out of a snowmobile, it is a big deal.  CV Tech touts that this clutch provides quicker and smoother engagement and acceleration. 

AmSnow Test rider Stan Tanner bought a used Ski-Doo 600 and came to us with the idea for a quick and easy clutch replacement and upgrade.  Tanner said that installation of the new CV Tech primary was quick and easy, especially if you have the right tools.

Like many, we are waiting for a little more snow to really test this out, but on the grass it is working flawlessly.
