Hey just wondering if any of you guys remember a 2003 Fire Cat with a D&D 1200 motor with Nos.It's a Canadian sled.Built and raced up here I'm not one to drop names but looking at buying this sled from second owner...turn key.Guy seems kool not to mention the sled speaks for it's self or at least to me it did. There are videos on you tube of high 8's from back in 2010 while still in original owner's possesion. This old Fseries Mach Z I was settin up for pavement sittin in my shop is looking pretty tame compared to this big twin.Anybody know of the sled I'm talking about?I ask on AMS cause I know this sled was  sold on AMS and if I'm right even won an AMS shootout in 09 maybe?Even more impressive as far as I know first twin to break 8 sec mark.......or so legend has it. Back to the point of my post, the huge step up in preformance I'm taking with the purchase of this sled I need some advice from a few of you guys with hands on experience running these high output rockets on asphalt, ice, grass.

If its Stans green one it was a real good running sled and very well put together.

i talked with him a bit at Esta and he was a real nice guy. That was a few years back...on the gas i would guess that sled would easily hit 300 hp.

I can sell you a turn key all motor 300 hp sled ready to roll.htg 1200 stroker motor with every trick done to chassis you can. Built by Rob Schooping of HTG for himself..See avitar.

Yes it's the same sled, might be old news to some but new to me not to mention the huge leap in preformance from my last budget racer.

Hey guys just wanted to thank the board members who contacted Stan about my post. I know the guy who is selling me the sled was more than willing to give me contact info but just thought I would put it out there and see what happened. I consider myself lucky to have the chance to own this ride it as been well taken care of and I'm pretty sure just as Stan remembers it less the paint.Which will be changed to solid black with a Punnisher Skull on it.Thanks again guys!!!!!!

Stan it's Ken in Winnipeg I bought and sold that old Firecat of yours and now looking to retire my z1 turbo to just track use. I'm looking for a used asphalt 136 skid. Tons of used gear state side but want to shop in Canada.  Ken

I think you will have better luck contacting him on Hardcoresledder.com under the Ontario form he seems to post on there a bit...I do not know him at all but do recognize who he is from your post and his screen name.
