    Vintage Drag racing rules
Posted by 77srx on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 4:31 PM

After looking at all the back yard racing rules, it seems like everyone has there own rules out there. Is there a place on the webb that has the rules for vintage grass drags? vintage open mod and vintage mod classes. After talking to a few guys it seems like no wants the cleated tracks and no sand cast cases like Polar. They need to be welded together to build a triple. I'm hoping for a site that points me in the right direction. East coast/west coast. I don't mind traveling to get to a good race. Thanks Dean-o

Al, After talking to Ed from Conn. I'm looking for a legal vintage drag chassis for open mod. Did Dave build anything in open mod in the early 80's? Do you have anything like that or know anyone. Thanks
