Putting 44mm mikunis on my 1050 hooper. Some say leave air jet some say take out. Was wondering if I should run the air jets or take them out? If so, what size?

Air jets have their largest effect on the idle circuit in flat slides that don't have a mixture screw. If you are using round slides they just make jetting more complicated. They have a minor effect through the entire range so they just add an extra step you don't really need.

Ya, there round slides. Never played with 44's but am willing to try. I guess I will take them out and run it that way for starters. Thank you for your reply.
