    CMX PSI 995 RPM?
Posted by hillclimber81 on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 11:57 AM

I recently purchased a 2000 CMX with a PSI 995 powerplant, with PSI twin pipes  anybody able to tell me what I should be shooting for as far as a tachometer reading? Ive been getting anywhere from  8700rpm at 5000ft and 8300rpm at 9000 ft. should I adjust clutching to get it down closer to 8200 at elevation or leave it? The sled flats rips no matter what it runs at I just don't want to burn it down. Also what should I be looking for as far as EGTs?
