I have a 1200 in a 04 firecat chassis and had the same issue on the dyno the other day except mine was the mag injector error I changed the harness and changed boondockers boxes and it did the same thing  so I changed it back I then went into the stats screen and cleared the screens and started it and I didnt get any errors yet

sound like we are having the same issue.  I have had 3 different boxes on mine with the same result.  On mine if you watch the hi mid low on the box mine throws the code as soon as it hits the hi.  Any thoughts.

No issues with the boondocker hopfully we got the bugs worked out of it, all I did on mine was change boxes had the same problems with the second box so I switched it back and went into the stats colume and cleared out the faults never acted up again I didnt switch boxes back to try the old one so I dont know if I corrected the problem with that one. I guess I would check my ground and check the harness. I did switch the harness but I still had the same problems if you have done most of this already I would call boondockers and ask them. let me know what you find out.
