    What weights (grams) should a full mod Ultra (185 hp) be able to pull at 9400-9600rpms.

    You will never pull 62 to 68 gram weights at 9600 rpm.  You will pull 47 to 49 gram weights at 9600 rpm

     should be able to pull around 51 gr...like Alpine stated though, there are a few variables
