What kind of heating issues are you having? I have a pile of other issues with my fst but the engine cooling system was always fine.

I too have had many issues but i have now blown 3 motors- 2 by over heating. i've been told the turbo runs too hot,and not big enough reservoir for coolant,. causing head gasket to blow   sled has lest than 4000 miles on it, and only ridden in northern quebec-which is the best possible condirtions to ride.

Heating problem with a FST????  Those sled have the biggest cooling system I know...

The people who told you that turbo was the problem are wrong.  If you overheat the engine at a point that it would stop, yep, the head gasket should be gone after that.  You also need to be sure that the head is straight.

But you have  another problem?  air in the system?  water impeller problem???  Because as I said, in poor snow condition, those 95% of the other snowmobile will overheat and the FST will not.
