    I have a 2010 800 IQ and need a spare belt is it worth to get say a Carlisle xs or should I stick with Polaris.It will be just a spare in case I break the Polaris one or is there some other manufacturer belt that is descent.Polaris belts are so expensive

    The polaris belt for the 800 is not cheap, but it worth the money.  By far the best belt you can have for a 800 twin.   You can buy the XS for spare, they are offering a pretty good waranty, but the durability is not the same.  It seems that Polaris spent many hour 3-4 years ago to test different brand belt and the 3211115 is a proof that they made their homework... at least for the belt....

    run the 1080 belt for half the price the only difference is that it is a harder compound it is the same length and width this is what i do i just went 2 grams heavier on the weights to compensate for the rev
