Willy or other tech, '06 Fusion 900 Tach not working after harness replacement

Had a odd ball break down last season that has created a host of issues. Started when a EPI spring in my primary broke causing a harmonic tome that broke a large hole in my Dynoport pipe. The hot exhaust through hole melted wire harness and air box. I replaced the pipe, air intake, spring with a equal tension Team spring and harness. Now I have no tach. When I switch sides on dash the speedo switches fine but tach reads 0000. There is power traveling through Tach wire but still no tach. Thing either sending unit from stator or dash itself? Power does go up when I Rev throttle. Also, pipe sensor trouble code just started going 5 blinks. Any ideas would help. Thanks.
