Premier Recreational Products Corporation, entry into snowmobile marketplace for 2009 season

Premier (www.PremierRPC.com) is launching its first snowmobile models, taking a different approach from what is currently available from other snowmobile manufacturers. The first models to be released are the Enforcer150 and Enforcer300.

The Enforcer150 is a fully-featured 3/4-scale 150cc 4-stroke machine that includes electric start, reverse, high-quality aluminum take-apart shocks, full gauges including an electric fuel gauge, heated handlebar grips, an aggressive 0.90 track lug height with a top speed of 26-30 mph. The Enforcer300 utilizes the same chassis and features of the Enforcer150 but adds a 300cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine, a larger 1.0-inch track lug height and has a top speed of 38-42 mph.

"We have studied today's current model offerings and compared what was offered in the industry 20-25 years ago and we think there are a few model segments that have been left behind," said Christopher S. Bell, President of Premier. "What you don't find are models designed from the ground-up for preteens, teens and smaller adults."

The first two machines offer every convenience and feature of the other companies' full-sized machines. "Our goal was to build world-class machines in line with the rest of the market, but in smaller-scaled, ergonomically-correct design based on each segments needs," said Bryan Chambers, Prooject Manager of Premier. "These machines are scaled-down full-sized machines; conceived, designed and built exclusively for each segment they will fill." The Enforcer150 is geared toward the *** and teen riders, while the Enforcer300 is geared toward older teens and smaller adults who feel the current market offerings are too large for their riding needs.

There will be more model offerings from Premier in the future. "What we are not interested in building are models for the segments that are already well represented in the marketplace. We see ourselves as a "niche" company, but unlike the failed attempts in the recent past, our focus will be on the smaller-scale and value segments. We may also release a few industry surprises along the way," said Michael Cousineau, R&D Manager of Premier.
