NSSR races into their season with four events

The National Snowmobile Straightline Racing circuit is back on throttle with four events for this winter.

The events have both open and professional classes. NSSR, the only sped circuit recognized by the International Snowmobile Racing Association, makes its winter debut in Minn. and Wis. Thirty-five classes will represented at the races in McGregor, Minn.; Forest lake, Minn.; Annandale, Minn. and Menomonie, Wis.


The season will include vintage snowmobile class, four stroke sleds and full bodied sleds.

Last year, Darrin Weber broke the world record for top speed at 171.428 mph set by Marv Jorgenson's JAWS1.
