Cool News
Cable, Wisconsin- The AmSnow staff has been in the field
testing snowmobiles and attending events all winter long.
In early March we were up at Lakewoods Resort in Cable,
Wisconsin for the annual snowmobile drag race
and Weenie Roast on Lake Namakagon. We met up with numerous racers
and industry experts including Charlie Fleck, the owner of Bayside Motorsports
in Green Bay,
Wisc. Fleck raced this modified Ski-Doo XP 800R at the Weenie Roast weekend drag
race.
The sled has a Straightline Performance 860 big bore,
SPI 800R single pipe, SPI Y-pipe, SPI light-weight muffler, SPI head, SPI
quick-clickers, SPI drive shaft conversion with Team driven clutch, SPI nitrous
kit (80 hp), Skinz seat cover, Woody's Grandmaster studs, Sno Pro data pack,
stock 1.25-inch track, and the graphics are by Victory Sign.
Needless to say, the AmSnow team can
personally attest to this being a radar-tested 119 mph sled in
1000-feet. For more information visit Bayside Motorsports and cycle
