Once you run pro, you are not supposed to be allowed to step back.

Re: Syracuse Nationals July 17 & 18 Schedule

Just a quick question i was hoping someone might be able to answer for me...I was looking at the layout map the other day i found on the cosdra website, it was showing the pits in turns 1 and 2 and the camping area in the infield. Were coming with our motorhome and the 2 place open trailer, just wondering if we would be allowed to stay in the motorhome in the pits or do we have to stay in the camping area? If we had an enclosed I wouldnt care because we could lock everything down, not too sure about leaving everything on an open trailer and sleeping in another area....

thanks,

Drew

Believe you are allowd to stay in pits in your trailer but you will have to pay the $30 a night for camping  :)

Re: Syracuse Nationals July 17 & 18 Schedule

Hey Dave, maybe you guys can put a "dunk tank" in that empty pit spot between yourself & Tom's 2 stroke pit & raise a few bucks to shut me up?

Or better yet you can get "toothy" to apoligize?

Idea

Re: Syracuse Nationals July 17 & 18 Schedule

Well Pat, good day to you as well!

Dave, you sure are taking this personal. Can't handle the truth?

Maybe I should come up to that Gananoque (or however you spell it) race since you seem to be the ambassador for it?

Can I count on you to "personally" watch my things?

Should I feel safe in that area? seem to be a lot of tuff guys up there. Surprise

Thanks for the help Dave,                                                                                                                   Since everyones "buddy" the bay city bullett brought up Gananoque i was just curious about it? I heard something about it having a new surface on it thats supposed to be pretty smooth and nice to race on? First year running the COSDRA circuit and im kinda excited to get the season rolling and seeing hot lick racing posted all over the results pages, thought you would be the guy to talk to about tracks.....

Just came in from the track after testing.   Starting line is awesome.  Very smooth track with tons and tons of shutdown.  Hope to see you at the race.

We use a brower timing system. Gives us our 60ft split and finish.  Look forward to meeting you too.  Its always nice to meet new people at the track.

So that's what you tuff guys do up there in your neck of the woods?  Plenty of experience picking on kids with special needs, eh? You must be a big hit with the "high class" ladies. Yes

Or maybe yellow school buses remind you of those submarines you'll be racing in 2 weeks? Or will you be using submarines to get into the country?

Dave Dunn, world champion submarine racer? Confused

Re: Syracuse Nationals July 17 & 18 Schedule

Yes, you guys can park/camp in your pit spaces on the track for your entire stay.  We are actually sold out of sites with electric and water hook-ups anyway so you would have to be self contained to camp.  I think we're going to let campers/pits on either the clay track or cinder track.  Clay gets kind of sloppy if it rains.  It's not going to rain though..........

Don't forget about the free Camper Kick-Off Party in the infield of the racetrack on Thursday night.

Thanks,

not doing too bad busy though

seems like Joe is smart enough to know that he was on or still is on the short bus

now what would make him think that we need a submarine to get across the St.Lawrence?
