Has anyone seen the final points standing list from this year? DTR
I would say choose the M8 (if its a 153"). For a first timer, the M8 has more power than will will be able to handle. The M10 weight is a killer for an unexperienced rider. However, if the choice is not only motors but also length, choose the 153" over the 164". Again, unless you are a super experienced mountain rider or a 6' + person, the 164" will be too much to handle. I have literally 1000's of mountain miles on both the M8 and M10's, but I perfer the M8 153 (I'm
A little more detail, not only can you recut it, you can mill it out, and use an insert made by anyone in its place.
NGN, I only speak for myself and my team. We weren't there because it was only a 1 day race. We frequently follow Perry's circuit, but its tough to drive 600 miles each way for a 1 day race. Rochester and Wausau will be tough for us as well, since they are only 1 dayers also. NSRA's circuit is the clostest to us, with the races ranging from 300 - 600 miles each way. We would like to have more 2 day or even 3 day races to make the drive worthwhile. DTR
Thanks George. See you in a couple of weeks!
Kris or George, Can you confirm this? Will there definately be a spec fuel at HayDays? Brand? We are only 2.5 weeks away.
Hi Kris and George, Just a quick question for you. It has been so quiet on here lately and haven't been hearing anything yet, so figured I'd ask. Will there be a spec fuel at HayDays again this year? If so, will it be VP again or will it be something else? Any info you could shed would be great. Thanks, Jamie - DTR
Only 1 day of racing in Wausau this year? Any word on the "mid August" race?
You have to make weight for the class you are racing. Now, here's a good one for you; if you run an Imp 700 twin, you have to weigh 695. If you jump up to 800 Imp, you can TAKE OFF 10 lbs! Tell me why an Imp 800 can weigh LESS than an Imp 700 . . . . . .
